and i realized this:

should i worry? what is it?

temps are fine with noctua NH-D15

mobo: GIGABYTE Z690 - Aorus Elite AX DDR4

im doing nothing just using Opera right now

The max that processor will go is 100 Deg C before you end up throttling. You're in good hands with those temps.

NO.

That is distance FROM TJ max.

71 degrees distance from 100. 29 in your case.

CPU will throttle a bit at 100; you've got 71 degrees to play with before that happens.

Do a benchmark and see how much it moves up.
