I have a computer whose temperature rises to 65% without load.
The processor is fanless from the beginning
Processor usage reaches more than 90%.
..
It is possible that the possibility is from the power supply

90% usage is a lot. will explain heat for sure,

A CPU fan does tend to help with temperatures. Perhaps the thermal paste on the heatsink has dried up and needs to be reapplied.

But during the day the program seems to freeze
