soo i m upgrading to i7 3770 for my gtx 1060 my current cpu is i3 3210 is it worth it ? i mean games like assassin creed origins brings i7s to knees.. my requirements are just 60fps ... 1080p . is it enough for it??

Solution
i7 3770 will be a massive upgrade over your i3, and is very likely the cheapest and most effective way to boost performance without swapping the entire board and RAM. It is certainly more than enough to push that 1060 to the maximum in nearly every game at 1080p.

For AC : Origins there are numerous benchmarks with 3770 + 1060 6GB which show that the game hits 60fps on ultra for the most part.

I would go to a Ryzen platform. There's only used 3770's, so I bet you are going to get one with no warranty. If anything happen to it or the motherboard, you will have to get another one, without warranty. Better option is to try out your rig performance with the GTX 1060 first, then if you feel the need to upgrade, go to a Ryzen 2600.

It's quite annoying with this rich bastard answering this kind of sh*t.
Ow you obviously on tight budget and want to increase fps? Go buy ryzen and a gtx 1080 cause fck budget right
