Hi there i am wondering which cpu i should pick the i7 3930k is used and costs 240 euros and the fx 8350 is 180 new .
also i can get the Asus Rampage IV Formula for 150 with the i7 3930k
and i would get the Gigabyte 970A-UD3P for 85 with the fx 8350
So which cpu should i get i would get the one that would last the longest until i would have to upgrade
I7 3930k + Asus Rampage IV Formula for 390 euros or
FX 8350 with Gigabyte 970A-UD3P for 235?

With what's available today and to last prob the next year or so, the the i5 4690K is more or less king for gaming. If wanting something available today, to last 3-4 years or more then the i7 4790K as games will continue to evolve and be more thread/power hungry.

You apparently read that wrong, the i5 (hyperthreading off) actually won by 1%, but that's all irrelevant because it falls under measurement inaccuracy. And certainly wouldn't justice the extra expense or make the i7 "way better and much more "future proof"". Yeah, the i5's base clock is lower. But that doesn't mean you need more cooling or resources (?) to get it to the same clock speeds. Contary, due to the lack of hyperthreading it actually consumes less power and therefore produces less heat.

The only person who seems to lack education here seems to be you. You can see all my arguments proven in a wide variety of benchmarks and reviews. Whereas all your claims do neither make sense nor are proven right anywhere. Actually, all proven wrong so far.

i can get a hp z210 without the cpu for 130 and it supports lga 1155 should i get that?

Yeah it has 2 graphics card slots so when windows 10 comes out and i hope the dual graphics card thing is real then i can run my old gtx 660 with a new card
