Do you have all other parts on hand?
Yes then i7 , some games start to be bottleneck by i5
No then choose other newer generations

It's a Small Form Factor you will have issues upgrading the GPU because of restricted space and a specially designed small power supplies. These are refurbished business machines from someone with bank/school or other business contract. Are they worth the less than $200 price tag? Yes and No, gaming wise you have limited upgrade potential with the GPU but as a whole the systems are quite capable of giving a decent performance for common tasks.
