[SOLVED] i7 4790+gtx1060 3gb low fps all games

pls help me i have hp z230 with i7 4790 and 8gb and gtx 1060 3gb when i play far cry 5 or any game on 768p i don't get stable 60 fps i have drop fps sometimes drop to 38fps and im using only 768p even i use low or meduim setting on all games pls can anyone help me

Make sure all graphics drivers are up to date.
Disable Game Bar in Windows 10 settings.
Disable any on screen display/overlay from the likes of Steam and RivaTuner.
Make sure there are no pending updates that need to be installed for Windows.
Try restarting your PC.

thank you i will try this hop this work for me if not i will try to replace my psu because its 400w i think it's not enough for my pc
