I saw the 4790k section it has no note on does this mean it's compatible with this mobo tell i want to be sure about it
And if this isn't compatible
How about I7 6700k for Asus H110M-A or D D3 1151
And are they really compatible?

And which one should i get the skylake or haswell?

Solution
You need X97 for 4790k / Z170 for 6700k

Skylake is current generation for another few qweeks, Devils Canyon wiill be 2 generations old in a few weeks ... Haswell would be 4770k on Z87

Do you need hyperthreading (workstation type apps) or is this a gaming rig in which 6600k will server almost as well. Sample build below... can do better of course if ya supply a budget

Solution

I would pick the Asrock Z170 Extreme instead, better motherboard..
Also wouldnt go for the 3Gb 1060, even the 470 4Gb would be better choice. The Red Devil 470 is matching the 480 performance..
