[SOLVED] i7 870 get bottlenecking by a hd 7770

I dont know why i have bottleneck , this gpu can afford a 1060 6gb without problem , i have ht disable because i get better performance and less overheat , but i dont know the reason
Build:
HD 7770 ASUS 1GB GDDR5
I7 870 2.9 stock clock
4GB Ram 1333 overclocked to 1600
WD BLUE 500GB
GTA V , go from 45 to 60 fps but i have a lot of stuttering , im tired , normal textures , normal shadows, very high , 1360x768

You have only 4 GB of RAM (one stick in single channel? 4 GB was slow even on WIndows 7), an old GPU (try lowering details/textures, your GPU has but 1 GB VRAM), and a processor 6-7 generations old running at 2 GHz less than most playing GTA5...

I think stuttering might be a fact of life for many modern games until upgrading everything...sorry.

this gpu can handle 3gb vram in gta v smoothly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCzI7WHzbp4 , 2x2 gb dual channel , is the same in high settings than in low 800x600

The ram might is the reason of your stuttering in game , 4 gb is too low for modern games, 8gb is the recomended , now a days you can get 2x4gb sticks for under 30 $ or if you have 4 dimm slots you could just buy 2 more 2gb sticks for around 15 $
