Question i7 8700 boost clock

hello my 8700 gives me only 4.3 all cores
how do i make it 4.6 all cores?
i see that not even 1 core gets to 4.6
b360 rog strix
temps are 35-40
windows power is on high performance.

4.3 is all core usage.
4.6 is only 1 core.

So what your CPU is doing is normal operating.

That is essentially an overclock, which you can't do with that motherboard. If you had a Z series motherboard you could maybe do that.
