Question i7-8700 overheating issues ?

Hi everyone I'm currently tryin to fix my PC from overheating while playing heavy intense games and I can't seem to fix the problem even with a undervolting. When I run a test for not even 30 seconds under full load my pc starts to give me these errors. I understand dropping my Turbo Ratio Limits will help but from what I was told that will dramatically decrease my performance. I would also like to add that my fans are @ full speed and I even opened the glass panel on the side of my pc.

Enermax AIO 120mm AIO pump 3000rpm
3 x 2000 rpm fans

Not even a year old. I feel one of the two pipes super hot, I don't know if that maybe tells you something.

That is the opposite of what you should be feeling - it shouldn't be a telltale difference like that.
It probably clogged up prematurely.

Hmm that makes sense. Whenever my pc is running hot I would feel the pipes and yeah one of them is always so hot while the other one is way cooler. How would I go about fixing this?

A new cooler, as already covered.
AIOs aren't really user serviceable. It's part of their appeal of being maintenance free, compared to custom loop.
You're expected to buy another one.
