Title pretty much says it all. I've checked temps and they're all low. When stressing in AIDA 64 and Prime with FPU and CPU they average about 65-70C and with only CPU stress they average at about 60C. VCore never went above 1.248 the entire time. Any thoughts?

Does your mainboard have XMP and MCE enabled? (If HWMonitor showed more than 1 core achieving 4.7 GHz, then MCE is enabled...

What is your current cooler, and, what clock speeds across 6 cores were noted to only achieve 65-70C which would be very good 'heavy load' temps for the 8700KC?

Concur with your mainboard perhaps having default stock power limits enabled, which actually sound like they intended to keep you right at 90-95 watt TDP...

This was most likely the problem from what i have researched online, however, my BIOS appeared to be glitched in some way and even in performance mode wouldn't allow me to change this setting at all. I went back to a previous BIOS and updated back and it seemed to work fine. Thanks for your help!
