Question i7-9700k with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Turbo

I just bought i7-9700k and im wondering if my 212 turbo is enough for running it at stock? not thinking of overclocking it for now.

If in the future i want to overclock this does having an AC in my room affects the cooling? I have my AC on everytime i use my computer.

The ambient temperature in your room is a huge factor when considering cooler performance. Later on I would still get a better cooler if you plan on doing a moderate to heavy OC on the processor. The AC should help a lot though.
