Hey all,

I recently (around December-ish) upgraded to a 13900k and DDR5 system. Before, my PC/games used to crash every so often but was overall stable. Since upgrading, I find that the crashes have increased significantly, especially playing higher demanding titles (Escape From Tarkov) and some less demanding (PUBG, R6 Siege). I know that the 13900k has stability issues, but was wondering if anyone had a quick fix? I think my next step is to try an RMA, but I'm trying to avoid that if I can. Most of the BSODs/crashes come with a KERNEL MODE HEAP message, which is where I got the idea that it might be the RAM. I got whocrashed and it also tells me the same thing if it doesnt BSOD.

Steps I've already taken:
1) Tried taking out one of my RAM sticks to see if it was a RAM issue
2) Updated BIOS
3) Undervolted GPU
4) Updated GPU Drivers
5) Uninstalled Realtek audio drivers (I saw somewhere that this might be causing it)

I have a DMP file, but I don't know how to upload it. I have it uploaded to a google drive, can I just upload that? Do you guys need any more information to help me diagnose this issue?

TIA!!!

check motherboard CPU socket pins for bent or discolored pins
check windows with dism commands
check ram with memtest
did you disable the pagefile? enable it again
check temperatures of cpu and gpu
reset bios
