Question I9 9900 95-100 degrees with 240 aio

My I9 reaches 95-100 wether stress testing with prime 95 or playing games ut will always hit 90 I was using a 120 mm h55 I was getting the same results as I am now using this gamemax iceberg 240mm

Prime95 small FFTs/(all AVX disabled) is now the standard for 100% loading, if AVX/AVX2 is not disabled , your temps will be above normal at 105% loading)

Which mainboard? in what case/fan configuration? And at what core voltage indicated in BIOS, and, shown in HWMonitor?

At suggested Intel-approved mode of operation (all core operation at 4.7 GHz under load), or, overclocked/MCE-enabled operation?

Gamemax Iceberg is not a great AIO tbh, but it should keep a 9900 cool if you haven't OC it hardcore. Are you sure that you have successfully applied the AIO and thermal paste?
