Good Afternoon, I built my PC back shortly after the 3080 released, I have never had an FPS issue in any game ever until recently. I was thinking the games were causing FPS issues until it started happening in every game I play. I am not getting temps above 30-35 degrees as it is a full water-cooled loop in which I change the fluid roughly every 6 months or so, and nothing is overheating. I have tried reverting back to the previous Nvidia driver and even reinstalling the current driver to no avail. I have tried just about everything short of replacing anything.
