Icon showing me if i want to get Windows 10

just turned on my pc and i can see an icon in my system tray saying " Get Windows 10 " . What is this ? Is it like the final version or demo ?

You can reserve Windows 10. It's the full version, however it won't download it yet, because it isn't released yet.

Sure, but windows 10 won't be installed until it's released.
It will be released in a few months, so it will install then.
