I have a weird monitor setup. There are three screens, from left to right, there's a 1080p monitor, a 1440p monitor, and a 4k TV. I don't always use the TV, so sometimes I disable it, But then all the icons move around and don't return, even if I re-enable the TV. Is there a way to lock the icons to the grid, even if you change the "Make this my main display?"

I'm using Windows 10

If you have auto-arrange off, you can place the icons so that they'll always fit on your 1080p monitor. Then they won't move around on your other monitors.

There's also Fences, which used to be free, but is now pay software with a free trial. It'll let you restrict icons to customizable "fences" which restrict where they can go.
