Question icue installation issues

Hi friends, i've been trying to install the iCUE software for my corsair keyboard and headset, but i keep getting this error during the installation process

im not sure what the problem is, as im not very pc savvy. any help or advice would be much appreciated. thank you

these are my specs

i7-8700 cpu
msi z370a pro
16gb tforce ddr4
256gb nvme
evga 1080 ti

Where did you source the installer from and what version are you trying to install? Also, make sure you're on the latest BIOS for your motherboard as well as making sure your OS is up to date. Speaking of which, version of the OS?

i sourced it from the cosair website and the latest version (CORSAIR iCUE v3.26.95 )
BIOS - 2.BO, 7/01/2020
OS - 1909 (OS Build 18363.693)

Headset - Void Pro
Keyboard - K70 LUX
