there is another option like coolermaster hyper 212x, but some people said the id cooling is better. there is many option but the cooler which around my budget only that cooler

What is the limitation for the choice of other coolers....is it shipping/tariffs? There are a lot of very good cooling choices available on the market today, so curious as to why there are only a few specific mentioned here.
