Question Ideal Only Programming Laptop No Gaming and Once in a while I do photoshopping / GIMP

Please advice on Most affordable but rugged Laptop (Cannot afford laptop repairs) and intend to use for next 5 years.
Heavy on programming, applications, downloads, SQL, Database stuff , latest Wifi, BT and have good amount of USBs, HDMI, watch Youtube, browse and do courses a lot.
NO GAMING
yes but not too much into Photoshop / GIMP etc.
Listen to music
Need a rugged, Sturdy one .

Cannot compromise on needs so happy to spend what is needed with no fancy stuff.
If I am comfortable say 1600 AUD or 1100 -1200 USD would I able to meet my needs ? Will find resources if this is not enough as long as I have smooth working durable laptop for my needs. I had lenovo that was not making sound, smooth keyboard but started to get repairs at power connector, touch pad getting struck etc
