Question idk what is wrong with my gpu

so i got a pc a few days ago and when i benchmarked it it was fine then when i tried to play the finals it does this weird lines then the gpu restarts so i went to the guy i bought the pc from so he changed some power cable and he benchmarked it then i went to another guy who ran heaven benchmark for about 20 mins and it seemed fine then i went home and its still happen for contex its an xfx rx570 8gb what i suspect that the heat is doing this it reaches around 88-90 and i tried to change the thermal peast on the gpu but it really didnt help i wanna know if the gpu is fried

I think if it works 100% properly elsewhere, that the problem is your power source in your home, as originally suggested. Bad wiring, poor voltage stability, etc.

Is there anyway I can be certain

yk what is the weridst thing it doesnt do that in the game itself no it happens in the main manu and it doesnt happen in the game where am drawibg the most power

so i did a gpu stress test and a cpu stress together and nothing crashed idk what the hell is going on it was drawing about 400w and it was fine

No the same and I was charging my phone and it was fine but I boot into a game after and it immediately crashes

Am uninstalling the drivers

I uninstalled the gpu drivers and now I can't get in the game the screen flickers and the game crashes so it's probably the gpu ig
