so i got a pc a few days ago and when i benchmarked it it was fine then when i tried to play the finals it does this weird lines then the gpu restarts so i went to the guy i bought the pc from so he changed some power cable and he benchmarked it then i went to another guy who ran heaven benchmark for about 20 mins and it seemed fine then i went home and its still happen for contex its an xfx rx570 8gb what i suspect that the heat is doing this it reaches around 88-90 and i tried to change the thermal peast on the gpu but it really didnt help i wanna know if the gpu is fried

come to think of it this didnt happen if i just whatch you tube or like non gaming but when i open a bunch of app and a game it happen so maybe its consming toomuch power that the power strip isnt handling
Most power strips are pretty dumb devices. The power draw is more likely the outlet you are attaching the power strip too.

It can also be a symptom of a failing PSU or some other heat and/or power issue. That is why I suggested a different outlet and plugging directly into the socket for testing.

so the psu does this buzzing noise is it normal

The image indicated the issue is likely the GPU and/or the PSU. Isolating is how you verify the issue.
So it happened again but I think it's the psu Bec when I went to the guy I bought it from he tested heaven benchmark for a good 20mins and nothing happened my theory is I am playing the game with both the cpu and gpu so the power draw is higher so the psu freaks out and shuts but what do you recommend I do
