If I remove my GPU...

If I remove my GPU, will my computer default back to integrated graphics? Or do I have to go into bios and switch it out first?

I have an old galaxy nvidia gt 610 as my GPU and an i5-4440 with intel HD integrated graphics 4600. My build is an OEM hp envy 700-214.

It will. Naturally you will need to install the drivers for it though.

As long as you have the drivers installed it should just revert back to integrated graphics. You'll need to transfer the monitor's video cable back to the mobo port too of course.

The driver is probably already installed, it should be just remove the card, hook the monitor to the motherboard, and boot up.

Yes... just make sure you go back into your BIOS and reactivate the integrated graphics if you disabled it when you installed your card.
