As the title says wil it be??

Also 2nd question..

Is it better than the FX 6300(3.6ghz)while FX 8300 is 3.3 ghz at stock in game performance?

Solution
That's because you bought an OEM tray processor without fan instead of a boxed one which comes with a stock fan but there's nothing wrong with that though.

There is only a 200mhz difference between the two so you won't notice a difference between them. As for the 6300 vs 8300 if there is no difference in price then more cores would be better so go with the 8300.

Oh so the FX 8300 is basically the same as the FX 8320 right with just a low power consumpiton..i hope there wont be a big performance difference between the FX 8320

To my knowledge the 8300 was sold to OEM PC makers. It's a lower wattage part to keep heat down since this would be sold in a prebuilt PC to the average consumer who most likely won't clean their PC it won't generate a crazy amount of heat when it gets dusty causing the owner to call for service is my take on it. Take a look at CPU world for more information.
