That's up the the manufacturer of the component, but generally, if they determine that the failure was caused by another component and was not the fault of their product, the answer would be no. Neither would the PSU manufacturer warrant the other components that were damaged, at least, not without some form of litigation. Literally, it's not worth the risk.
If the PSU you want to use isn't on Tier 1, Tier 2 A or B or maybe Tier 3 of the tom's tier list, just don't use it without confirmation by one of the well respected moderators or long time experts saying yeah, it's ok but just hasn't made it on the tier list yet. And since there are no Raidmax models anywhere on the list other than the "Replace immediately. These units are NOT recommended for any system, no matter the purpose." tier five list, I would highly recommend not using it.
