I checked most of the CPUs and it says "Memory Specification: 1866mhz or 2133mhz"

Does that mean I absolutely need ram sticks at that frequency or else it wouldn't work? I can't use 1333/1600 ram sticks?

I thought ram sticks only need to be compatible with the board, and the board to be compatible with the cpu socket and its memory type.

No, it does not mean that. They say that because this processor has its own integrated graphic card (apu), thus it needs to use your memory ram since it doesn't have its own, If you intend to use a memory of 1333/1600mhz, keep in mind that your graphic performance will be way lower than if you were using a memory of 1866mhz or 2133mhz, but that's only in the case of you using its apu instead of an offboard graphics card.
