im having screen tearing and i cant understand why! G-synch on 780TI

so i been having some screen tearing since i bought my new computer, its a 4000-5000 USD machine and the tearing is annoying the hell out of me! ive tried litterly everything i could figure out so far but its still here.

my speccs are are as follows:

Asus ROG PG278Q swift 27" 144hz G-Sync (main game screen)
Philips 273ELH [27" LCD] 2nd screen
ViewSonic VP2650wb [26" LCD] 3rd screen
47" Phillips LCD TV 4th screen
CPU type: QuadCore Intel Core i7, 4770k
Water cooled with Corsair H100i Hydro Series
Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.SNIPER Z97, Socket-1150
Ram: Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600MHz 16GB kit
GPU : MSI GeForce GTX 780Ti Gaming LE 3GB "Twin Frozr IV"
Hard Drives: Samsung SSD 840 Pro Samsung SSD 840 Evo 120gb
4 x 2 TB Western Digital 5400RPM "Green" storage
PSU : Corsair AX 860 PSU 80+ Platinum
Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow Tournament 2014 Edition
Mouse: Razer Deathadder 2013 Gaming Mouse 6400dpi
Tower: CM Storm Stryker Gaming Big Tower

I tried 3 diffrent monitors and cables and the tearing got so annoying i boubht the ROG Gsynch swift to try sort it out, but its still here!

i tried disabling Nero, change windows themes, edit the options in nvidia panel, reinstalled all drivers (/with DDU), tested lastest drivers, old drivers everything!

i get tearing in heartstone, youtube videos, some other games aswell. Strangest thing is that some games run 100% smooth with no tearing (like G-synch suppose to be)

im running out of things to test, thought maybe someone here can figure out something ive missed.

ended up requesting return from the retailer and replacing the card, even though its almost 1 year old, they agreed to replace my card and send me a brand new 980TI, hopefully i get happy with that!
