So, I was installing Windows 7 on my new PC, but I got a message saying "Windows setup could not configure to run on this computer's hardware" I looked up this problem and I did what the tutorials did. I opened up CMD and typed Windows/system32/oobe the tutorial then said to type "msoobe" and hit enter. I did that. But then I got an error, 'msoobe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. So basically, I can't install Windows 7 because of this. Any help would be appreciated! :) Thanks in advance.

Oobe is a system folder and msoobe is the executable within that folder so your syntax would have to be
c:\windows\oobe\msoobe.exe
and then press Enter. I'm not sure what good it will do you. How old is the PC you're using and what RAM and hard disk space does it have?

Another point - if it won't install, where are you finding a Command Prompt?

I have a new PC with 4 GB of ram and 1 TB of storage. Also, I entered the CMD by going to the beginning of the installation and pressing Shift + F10.
