I've building a new system based on Z790 Aero motherboard .
Any suggestions ?

I like the WD Black SN850. There seems to be a faster version of that drive out now, the SN850X. It's a good drive and not too expensive, also rated for use with the PS5 for what it's worth.

Samsung 990 Pro, the latest one.

Too expensive and potentially having issues with high wear rates. Would stay clear for now.
