There is a lot of good advice here

My view is, for right now just for gaming, go for a better gpu

even on am4 you can still get 5000 chips on sale, 5700x3d in a year or 2 is my input.

5600x is a decent 6 core, you can always pbo to get some extra performance.

Also I would say try to oc even xmp your ram to 3000mhz or more if you can.

for your budget if you can get a 5070/9070(xt) for msrp go for that and enjoy the upgrade.

and your psu is fine, corsairs are good to go.

but also search up what the recommended wattage is for whatever gpu you want
ex - https://www.techreviewer.com/best-tech/nvidia-rtx-5070-gpu-power-supply/

and really any modern gpu you want for the price, we can all give you advice but it is your rig, do some research take what you learn here make the best choice for you and game on bro gg

it is not just about the wattage ,
older units are not equipped to deal with power excursions (power spikes)
occuring with modern graphics cards and may react by shutting down .
thats why ATX 3.0/3.1 standard was created -
atx 3.0 power supplies are certified to withstand up to 200% load for 100μs (microseconds)
to deal with these sudden power spikes .

but as i have told you and as others also suggested already:
your current cpu can keep up for a while longer if you want to delay changing the platform
however in some scenarios your gpu will be limited
and slower memory hinders the performance of your cpu even further .

either way i would advice against buying an old radeon x800/x700 chips with FSR3 or older .
intel gpus lack raw performance and are more of a budget build options -
even rtx 5060Ti is much faster than arc B580 ...

get the new radeon 9070/9070xt
or nvidia rtx 5070 and figure out the rest later if you must .
(9070xt would require a psu replacement just to be safe)
thanks this helps a lot also thank you everyone else
