That motherboard you linked is an AMD motherboard for AMD cpu's an i7 would not work or even fit in that board.

I cant recommend you a motherboard unless I know the socket you will be using. LGA 1550? 1551? 2011? They make many different motherboards for those sockets and I would not even know where to begin without that info. So basically before I can recommend you anything I need to know what cpu you will be using.

Which i7? That motherboard you linked definitely wont work with an i7.
