Discussion Im new to building side of pc and i have a question

Yesterday I was playing wwe 2k19 in windowed mode then I clicked on my 2nd screen to discord then it put wwe in fullscreen mode (I thought okay whatever) then it brought up in a blue box that I wasnt using the correct cable and to then use the right cable. Okay whatever but then soon after my 2nd monitor cut out and then it restarted my pc and now I cant even get the gpu to connect to the monitor. It turns on then wont come on to my monitors then after awhile the PC just shuts off.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to buy new parts but in this case do I just need a new gpu? Or a brand new cpu, motherboard, gpu type deal how boned am I?

Actually the part you will most likely need to replace is your power supply, as it sounds like that is the part that is causing you the most trouble.. What is the exact make and model of it?

Really? That's a fairly high quality unit. That should not be giving you trouble.

Another thing to consider - are you connecting your monitors through HDMI or DP? Some Windows installs won't recognize the DP connection but will recognize HDMI.

First monitor is dpi 2nd it hdmi it's been working fine for month this just happened yesterday
