Im stuck in PSU plz HELP

Hi im building my own custom made PC the specs are as follow:

Asus Strix Z270G Gaming

i5-7600

Asus Strix GTX 1070

Ram DDR4 16GB

I need help with the Power supply i have searched a lot & found the best which is :
EVGA SUPERNOVA 650 G2 650W, 80 PLUS GOLD, FULL MODULAR, 140MM
But its not available in my Country
so i have found another one which is :
Cooler Master V650 Semi-Modular...
Is it good enough?

It may be better to buy a Intel Core i5-8400 and mobo then a 7600 at this point just because 8th gen Coffelake isn't compatible with 7th gen KabyLake motherboards.

Also unless you plan on doing SLI or serious overclocking 650 is overkill, a 550 would be fine, .

I've heard nothing stellar about the coolermaster PSU's, try and go with a Corsair or a Seasonic if possible.

I have already bought the Motherboard which doesn't support the i5-8xxx &
i don't wanna overclock anything(Later will do) well should look at Crosier PSU too...
