Images, Video's, Icons, everything looks grainy/sketchy & colors.

Okay I have ATI Rage P/M Mobility AGP 2x.
Its a old laptop so I followed these settings http://www.nexle.dk/win2000-32mb/ to improve performance.

I tried changing some things back that has to do with the video card or display but to no avail. Whats going on!! youtube videos are grainy and all images and icons. I have also tried reinstalling drivers, didnt work.

Its set at 1024 by 768 32bit
Please help

I don't see any troubles in your pic...
it's a windows 2000, right? So that's it... That's the appearance of win2000.
Could u be more specific?

well basically before the tweaks video's and images looked normal. Now its just pixelated and grainy looking.

What do u mean by normal?
U can't expect more from win2000, it's an ancient OS...

I fixed it

removed Monitor drivers and increased resolution to 1280 by 1024 fixed it

okay, i still don't get what u mean but it's great to hear that...

So i tested 800 by 600 and all looks normal too... so weird... only 1024 by 768 is messed up.
