I have built a PC for my step-fathers business since his old PC's Motherboard went. I have access to the files on the old PC's HDD through the new PC. I have been at this for hours now and TomsHardware never lets me down. The problem is somehow he doesnt know his email or passwords to what seems like anything, He always relied on the auto fill (God save me). He did not have it connected to a Gmail account where the passwords would always be saved, it was stored locally. I have tried importing the login data files from appdata folder to no avail. I have gotten one new email suggestion at login but it does not autofill the password. I have tried importing all of the chrome folder to the new HDD and even running it from the old HDD with chrome uninstalled on C drive. I am starting to lose my mind. Any help would be much appretiated.

You will need to contact support for the sites to recover the passwords and time to have him learn to keep track of accounts if you can't get the old system booted. Passwords should not be as easy to recover as just copying some folder over or that would be pretty much 0 security. Site policy prohibits questions on how to by-pass security since no-one can validate the person asking the question should be getting the access.
