I work in a 800+ PC enviroment in which we have scheduled times for our different groups of PC's to shut down.

I've noticed with PC's that are just sitting at the logon box; when our LANDESK software performs its scheduled shutdown. More than 200+ PC's will hang at the "Windows is shutting down" prompt. But if I move the mouse or touch the keyboard; They will shutdown immediately.

Any help on this issue? I've tried the Waittokillservice registry fix. Doesn't work considering it's mainly happening to machines that have not been logged into. So therefore the registry isn't accessed anyway.

Please help. I'm going crazy.
