You can only install two in SLI because the 1070 doesn't support more than that (outside the developer program)

thank you. I'm not going to connect them by SLI. I want using them for rendering in 3d application (do'not need SLI). Is there space in motherboard to use 4 GTX 1070 (regarding that GTX 1070 is 2 slid wide)? Thank You ..............................................

That motherboard only supports 3 PCIe 3.0 x8+ slots, the fourth is only PCIe 2.0 x4 and meant for single slot devices.

You'll probably want https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/RAMPAGE_V_EXTREMEU31/specifications/ and a 6850 or similar 40 lane CPU for best performance
