since oct27 when i updated my PC, i've had the issue that the PC just spins for 2 minutes on the asus logo until it BSODs with inaccessible boot drive, if i reset CMOS and do a first time set up thing it will boot, but in windows the programs are buggy, lagging, freezing or half rendering, only recovering if i move the application around a little.

not sure what's the issue, i've tried everything with the RAM, ran Crystaldisc, tried with expo off.

Start your PC in safe mode, Check the Device Manager, Check if any devices are marked with the exclamation point (!), Check for sufficient free space on the hard drive, Check the system log in Event Viewer for other error messages that might help pinpoint the device or driver that's causing the error.
i've scrolled through several days of event viewer and at worst it's some errors for the networking not working, but it is fine, or about unexpected shut downs, there's nothing critical or anything like it. the only crashes/freezes etc are related to nvidia, event 13 wich is some power issue, but that only happens in AoE4, exceedingly rare outside of that.
