Incompatible? or just my own mistake???

Hello I just got Msi Z97 motherboard, H100i Cooler, Gtx 980 G1 Gaming, S12G PSU, and 2x4 GB Ram Vengence and case Corsair Carbide series SPEC-03.
Everything worked fine... untill i got to a point to insert cooling system. I realized that fans are too big so I could place RAM beneath them. Also, I think I will have to only have cooling container without any fans on it... Can you tell me whether this is my fault, or it's just not compatible(motherboard,Ram and Cooler with the case)

Looks like you got too big of a cooler, the Corsair site lists these compatible coolers..

Liquid coolers compatible Corsair H55, H60, H75, H80i

Yes but the thing is that I mounted the cooler in the box, however it's not enough space to have both fan's on.. What do you suggest me to do?

If you have a 1/2" clearance between the radiator and your RAM, you could get some slim fans to mount on the cooler. Something like...

No. I have case mentioned above, gtx 980, h100i, 2x4 gb RAM vengeance, and MSI Z97

Do you have any room between the radiator and RAM for the slim profile fans?

On Corsair's web page for the Carbide Series SPEC-03 the compatible Corsair Liquid Coolers are H55, H60, H75, H80i.
