Inconsistency with HDD, ideas to fix it ?

Hello,
My system is a laptop Lenovo G40-70 upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.
My HDD is a ST500LT012-1DG142 500GB.

I made 2 tests using CrystalDiskMark and HDTUNE and theyre showing something unusual :

CrystalDiskMark shows the speed in Sequential for Queues = 32 and Threads = 1 is much lower than in Sequential which is odd, most of my disk I have tested never showed a big gap between these 2 speeds.

HDTUNE shows Burst Rate is lower than the maximum speed which is a problem of configuarion according to their faq here http://www.hdtune.com/faq_2.html

A lower value is usually an indication of a configuration problem.''

Do you have any ideas about what could be causing this problem ?

as both tests are scripts run from the hard drive and ram. make sure before you run the tests run ccleaner and defrag and disk clean up. also run malware and hitman pro. also make sure the device has the newest chipset drivers. also if there any issue check for mb bios updates and any firmware updates for the hard drive. also turn off everyting in windows start up and turn off power savings.

I moved the HDD to my Desktop PC and I plugged it as a second HDD and I got the results I'm supposed to have.

I think it could be a problem of the transition windows 8.1 to windows 10.

I'll try what you suggested me and I'll be back to post again.

I solved the problem. It turned out to be Intel® Rapid Storage Technology the problem. Instead of speeding up my HDD this was slowing down it. As soon as I unistalled this software my HDD started to show normal speeds again.

Just letting know people to be careful with Intel® Rapid Storage Technology as this is a software that came preinstalled in my laptop.
