Hi,
I am working in a small resort/company. The previous IT Guy setup a DHCP server using Kerio Control (LAN 0 as Source, LAN 1 Private Network and LAN 2 Guests Network), it has 192.168.55.x Subnet 255.255.255.0 as internal network (Private Network) and 192.168.40.x Subnet 255.255.255.0 set as Guests Network. All routers connected to Guests Network (rooms, office, restaurant, lobby etc) are set to "DHCP disabled".

Private Network 192.168.55.x Subnet 255.255.255.0 (192.168.55.10 to 192.168.55.254) only has around 100 leased addresses. No problem because only limited devices connect to it internally.

Guests Network 192,168,40,x Subnet 255.255.255.0 (192.168.40.15 to 192.168.40.254) always runs out of IP Allocation even if it's leased for 24Hrs only. Guest Network is used by the entire employee, resort and restaurant guests. Newly arrived hotel guests can not connect to wifi due to can't obtain IP Address or "No IP Allocation" error. I have to remove unused IP Addresses in the server before new device can connect.

How to increase IP Address allocation on the Guests Network?

I've read Re'Subnetting and Superscoping, can anybody elaborate this in non-techinal term? Thank You in advance.

Guest network should have a 4 hour lease time, IMO.
You should be able to increase your DHCP pool size. I am not familiar with the Kerio software but that is where you need to go.
