[SOLVED] Increasing Temperature and Fan Speed of my graphics card and CPU while playing Unturned

Hi I just wanna ask if this is normal when my GPU temp and fan speed increasing?
PC SPECS:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4ghz
Ram: 8GB DDR3 1333mhz
GPU: Zotac NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250 512mb 256bit GDDR3
PSU; True Rated 600W

So when I'm playing Unturned my GPU temperature sometimes it goes to 100degress , GPU Fan Speed 100% and CPU Temp are increasing, is this normal? because I'm kinda nervous.

I'm guessing that a) your GPU cooler is full of dust and b) the thermal paste on your GPU is dry and not doing its job anymore.

Remove the cooler, blow the dust out of the cooler, clean and re-apply thermal paste on your GPU and put it all back together. That should get your temps back down.

But I lowered the resolution at 1024x768 the GPU is decreasing. I'll try to clean my GPU and change the thermal paste.
