[SOLVED] Incredibly high gpu junction temp 800+

Hello, I recently bough a 5600xt from powercolor and was noticing artifact of even at 40 degrees. I checked my junction temp and it read 831 degrees Celsius. Does anyone know if this is a common problem?

Updated drivers to recommended and back down to reasonable temps. Will update if they rise again

you heatsink paste failed better use arctic silver. goto the website and learn how to clean and remove and replace
you need alcohol, cotton buds, non lint cotton, time and patience

If it's new, it's better to rma it instead of tweaking it yourself
