Question Incredibly low fps in games

Look I need a hand, ever sicne about a week ago my fps on all my games has dropped trememdously and it struggles to run even simple games on the lowest settings above 60 fps, I have a relatively high end pc, Ive tried reinstalling display drivers entirely through DDU, updated to the latest BIOS, done an antivirus scan and none of them helped, im trying to avoid reinstalling windows as I've got soo much installed on my pc which I would rather not lose. Anyone got any Ideas?

Motherboard - MPG B550 GAMING PLUS (MS-7C56)
GPU - NVIDIA 3070SSD - adata sx8200pnp 1tb
Memory - 16gb Corsair ddr4

Try enable xmp for your ram, they're currently running at 2133 according to UB, and see if that improves things.

Check startup items in task manager, what is there?
