Question Inexpensive GPU upgrade

I have a geforce gtx 960 GPU and would like to get some suggestions on an inexpensive upgrade to it, The one I have has 2 GB onboard RAM and I would like to up grade to one with 4 GB or better. It would have to be Windows 11 compliant.

What is the make model of your PSU and it's age? Please include your budget for your GPU purchase, your location and your preferred site for purchase. Adding a list of all app's/titles you'd be taxing the GPU with also helps us recommend the right GPU for your tasks.

As Lutfij says, without a budget it's difficult to wage what you consider as an inexpensive upgrade and what someone else might.

I am thinking of upgrading from my 2 core GTX 960 to a GTX 970 which has 4 cores and 4x the Ram, but I need to change my PSU to one that has 2x 6 pin power connectors. I found a refurbished 970 on Ebay for about $60, but it requires 2x6 pin connectors and mine only has 1. Can you recommend one that would fill the bill? Thanks
