Inf file txtsetup sif is corrupt or missing status 14

Hi I have a problem on my Setup it cannot continue booting .ti appears that Inf file txtsetup sif is corrupt or missing status 1 .Cannot read hard disk drive and always appear reboot and select boot device..

How can i fix this problem?

Your post says status 14 and also status 1.
Also unclear as to whether you are getting the error during startup from hard drive, or you are trying to install XP from CD. Which is it ?
