Mouse: Razer deathadder chroma
Monitor: AOC E2270sw 60HZ(5ms)

New pc:
CPU: i5-4460 3.2 Ghz
GPU: GTX 1050 TI 4GB
RAM: 8 GB ddr3 1x
STORAGE: TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 1TB
MOBO: Biostar h81mhv3
Mouse: Razer deathadder chroma
Monitor: AOC g2590fx 144HZ (1ms)
(I got the cpu and mobo for free)



Hello so i've had this delay for quite a while whenever i play games my aim feels floaty and not really responsive, this is also in desktop etc all tasks basically.
I've tried csgo and overwatch and it just doesn't feel as responsive as my brothers pc wich is worse than mine with a 75hz monitor(And i get well over 144fps on both games).
I've turned off all the mouse accelerating options that i know and i've turned on gaming mode on monitor and low input but it still feels floaty.
If you know anything i could do or what part i should replace in my pc that would be helpful, Thank you for reading!
