Question Input lag after i upgraded to an RX 580

Hello, i have been experiencing a huge amount of input lag since i upgraded to an RX 580 from a GTX 770. I have tried everything fresh install of windows , DDU and changing manually to PEG Gen 3 in BIOS. I have the most recent Radeon crimson driver and played around with the settings and i did try the main3d tweak and no results so far. I play CSGO competitively on an E-sports level and i'm getting stable framerate of 300 nonetheless every movement i do with my mouse or keyboard feels "delayed" and player models are choppy when moving.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8600K CPU @ 3.60GHz (6 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
Hyperx DDR4 2 x 8 @3200 mhz
MSI Z370-A Pro

Thermaltake Litepower 700W
CPU around 32c and 55% usage
GPU around 48c and 45-52 % usage according to HW monitor

I have downloaded the new driver and did a clean install. Didn't do any tweaks just made few radeon settings and disabled HDCP. The frame syncing is much better but few stutters and less input lag. much better than before
