Ok so recently (2 days ago)i reinstalled my OS(windows 10 64 bit) but a weird and very very very frustrating issue has occurred,i am experiencing constant input lag inside the OS and inside games, my main game is CSGO and that requires ZERO lag of any sort especially input lag, game DVR is disables, infact that was the first thing i did before i even noticed the input lag, what else could be causing this issue? any ideas on how to fix it?Any help would be very much appreciated as at the moment i cant play CSGO and its driving me insane. All drivers are also up to date fully.

turning up the sens is not something i want to do at all, especially as having reliable and being used to your sensisitivty is important in a game such as CSGO,im using an ACER G246Hl 1080p panel,tn,1ms response time, using an HDMI lead if thats important at all.

Wired or wireless Mouse and KB.
Check your HDD smart status also.

Did you manually install the chipset drivers (from the manufacteror's website) after your reinstalled windows? Windows update tends to automatically install drivers which may cause problems.
Did you do the same with your graphics card?
List your specs and the current chipset and graphics driver versions you are running.

Hm, when you say constant input lag even in OS, you mean that you move mouse and/or type and it requires like half a sec or something like that to react right ?
If you haven't installed the MB chipset from manufacturer site, do this and check again your peripherals if they still lag, try to change around USB ports.
Since all of them lag, most likely the chipset/controller drivers are acting up.

While ingame, does CS flow fine ? What i mean is you don't have some heavy game lag spikes, just input lag right ?

The chipset drivers are straight from giabytes website, im not sure if there are any other newer ones out there im not aware of but thats the version i have

yes csgo runs fine itself, its jsut any input using the mouse, its not like its takes half a second to happen its like vsync is on and you move the mouse then you can feel the cursor move a few milliseconds behind it,definatly noticable, its kinds feels like the mouse is floating.you may be correct about the mb chipset driver but im fairly sure i have the most up to date ones but if not i dont really know where else to look.

the keyboard feels fine i think,i mean i dont really notice any differance to be honest, maybe beccause there is no motion with a keyboard like there is a mouse.

anything in windowed mode in windows 10 is triple buffered with vsync on. you're going to get input lag regardless. fullscreen gaming is the only place you won't encounter input lag. it has to do with how Desktop Windows Manager(fondly known as Aero in Win7) handles drawing apps.

there is no way around it.
