Question Input lag only in Dual channel

My current PC build is:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

Mobo: Msi b450 TOMAHAWK MAX II

RAM: Crucial 8x2 3600mhz KIT

PSU: Eurocase ATX_650WA-14

Soo I changed GPU(from RX 580 4gb), RAM(from HyperX Fury 2x8gb 3200mhz), MOBO(From MSI b450m a pro max), changed mouse, keyboard... Reinstalled windows 10+ times, Changed SSD, I literally changed everything. Changed different power plans on windows, I try to lock GPU core but nothing helps. Only difference I noticed is when I take out 1 stick of RAM, game works normal without any problems or delay, PBO is enabled in BIOS. Everything works normal when Im in single channel ram, what can I do more, should I buy new CPU because its only thing I didnt changed?

Yes, also I changed MOBO and RAM because I thought they have problem, but problem is still there.

When you changed motherboard did you reinstall Windows after that? I know you said you have reinstalled but was it before or after the motherboard change?

Yes I reinstalled it and still same problem with last motherboard, I even reinstalled windows when I bought new ram but again... Single channel just work with less delay.

Apart from a faulty memory controller in the cpu I’m out of ideas at this point.

No way I know of apart from switching CPU’s. I’m only clutching at straws with that guess, just can’t think of anything else.
